Security Planning

• HEL performs a review of the current system configuration to note current system posture.
• HEL identifies essential missions and functions, and then identifies those critical infrastructure assets (including physical facilities, information systems, and personnel) required to accomplish the mission and functions.
• HEL will correlate the results of the vulnerability assessment with the threat assessment to determine the level of security risk to each system.
• HEL will develop a Concept of Operations, an Information Security Architecture, and implement risk mitigation techniques.
• HEL will document the established baseline physical security standards.
• HEL will provide a training plan that includes training for ISS professionals,  Systems Security Personnel, Information  System Management and Operation Personnel, and End Users.

 Acquisition, Implementation and Support

HEL provides acquisition support of security hardware and software solutions.  HEL configures and installs hardware and/or software solutions.  HEL provides support staff to maintain systems or customer staff will be trained.
