HEL provides management support services in the areas of Business Management Support and Development, Organizational Development and Program Management Support.

Business Management Support and Development

HEL provides assessment and evaluation services of the business operation. All phases of the business operation are defined and existing staffing and procedures are assessed to determine the status of the organization. A strategic plan is developed detailing the goals of the organization and mapping out the process in which to achieve those goals. Recommendations are made to management for the more efficient operation of the organization. Once management agrees the process of re-engineering is put into place. Financial planning and management services are also offered when the system in place does not accomplish the goals of management.

Organizational Development

HEL provides conference design and planning, complete with meeting facilitation upon request. HEL recognizes that success of any business is determined by development of its professionals and the ability of these professionals to work together. As such, HEL offers services in the areas of professional development and team building. HEL remains in constant contact with the client providing briefings and presentations.

Program Management Support

HEL conducts special research, analysis and reports back to the client its findings. Office administration and development of administrative systems services are provided to the client. These services include the development of organizational policies, personnel manuals, and training in these areas to include Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Managing Diversity in the Workplace, Equal Employment Opportunity, etc.

HEL offers its clients a wide range of services by teaming with other professionals to provide services in the areas of marketing, public relations, legal, etc.
